“Stranger Things” star Millie Bobby Brown takes in foster dog who was about to be euthanized

Millie Bobby Brown is one of the busiest actresses in Hollywood. The 20-year-old star is known for her role as Eleven on the hit series Stranger Things, as well as starring in the Enola Holmes films and Damsel.

But even when she’s not on set, she definitely has her hands full: the animal lover said earlier this year that she is fostering over 20 dogs at her Georgia farm.

Recently, the actress revealed that she took in yet another foster dog — to save him from being put down ❤️

Yesterday, the Godzilla star wrote on her Instagram stories that she was fostering a dog named Noah, who was “supposed to be put down yesterday.”

She is fostering the dog through the rescue Joey’s Friends. According to Noah’s adoption bio, he is a 3-year-old labrador mix who has “a beautiful heart and spirit.”

“He loves belly rubs and loves cuddles. Noah would make the perfect family dog!”

Brown is known for her love for animals. She frequently takes in foster dogs; during a March appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show she said she was fostering 23 dogs.

She’s taken in so many animals that she had had to move out of her parent’s house just to hold them all.

“I was living with them, then when I turned 18 I was like, ‘I want another dog.’ And they were like, ‘No, you can’t fit any more dogs in your room,’ And I was like, ‘Well I want a rabbit and I want farm animals.’ So I moved out and I moved next door.”

Thankfully Brown, who recently tied the knot with husband Jake Bongiovi (the son of rocker Jon Bon Jovi), has a sprawling farm property in Georgia with plenty of room for all her animals. In addition to the many foster dogs, the couple also tend to chickens, goats, a cow, a donkey and a rabbit.

Sometimes, Brown will also convince her Hollywood peers to adopt one of her fosters. In March, wrestler-turned-actor and noted dog lover Dave Bautista said he adopted his pit bull puppy Talulah after she was fostered by Brown. (The two were connected by their mutual co-star, Chris Pratt.)

In an interview with UNILAD, Brown said she particularly loves taking in pitbulls, saying they get a bad rap and that she has a “deep love and connection” with the breed.

“Pitbulls and I have banded together against the humans that are horrible and mean to them,” she said.

In addition to her many, many fosters, Brown told Barrymore that she also has 9 dogs of her own, all rescues — including one 17-year-old senior rescue who she says was “dumped on the streets.”

In January, the Humane Society Naples said that Brown and her fiance Jake Bongiovi stopped by the shelter and fostered a rescue dog named Shark. The humane society was so moved that they renamed one of their rescue dogs “Big Brown” after the actress.
