This story is about a dog that was chained to the train tracks in San Antonio. A call got through to the City of San Antonio Animal Services and told them about the dog, so they directly sent an officer named Edwards to the scene.
The officer knew he had to react immediately as there was a train coming. Fortunately, he was able to get the dog off the tracks safely. The train approached the officer and the dog before they returned to the car.
The dog, who was named Lucky, was then taken to the shelter to get some time to settle in so he could go to a forever home.
Fortunately, Lucky was adopted by a man named Mr. C., who said he and his family were very lucky to be Lucky! What a happy ending!
